Meetings 

All Parish Council meetings are held in Bramerton Village Hall and start at 7.30pm (unless otherwise stated). Everyone is welcome to attend.

Parishioners are welcome to contact the Parish Clerk and/or members of the Parish Council prior to the meeting if they wish to raise an item at the meeting.

The agenda for each meeting will be posted on the notice board(s) located on Easthill Lane and The Street.    If you would like to receive the agenda by email, please email the Parish Clerk (details below).

Items for the Agenda will usually be those agreed and minuted at the end of the last meeting.

  • If you would like to raise a concern, please come along to the next meeting in person

  • Public Participation is always on the agenda, early in the Meeting

  • If you are unable to attend the Meeting in person for any reason, please raise your concerns with a Parish Councillor, so they can speak on your behalf

Each meeting approves the Minutes for the previous Parish Council Meeting, which will then be posted on the minutes and agendas page.

Please note that the Parish Clerk works part-time and is contracted for an average 6 hours per week. 

 

The preferred communication method for enquiries is email, and the Parish Clerk will endeavour to respond within 5 working days. 

 

The office hours are Monday to Friday 9.30am - 4.00pm, excluding Bank Holidays.  Please note correspondence sent to the Parish Clerk may be forwarded onto the full Parish Council and/or to individual members of the Parish Council.
